INGREDIENTS:-
- Whole Chicken.
- 1 kg yogurt.
- 2 and half spoons of red chilli powder.
- 1 spoon of turmeric powder .
- 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste.
- 2 tablespoons of coriender powder.
- 1 tablespoons of cumin powder.
- 2 tablespoons of white pepper powder.
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 2 and a half spoons of salt.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:-
1 Place the chicken in the refrigerator twenty-four hours before baking this dish.
2 Cut the chicken into four pieces.
3 Take a slice or hole with a fork.
4 After grinding all the spices on the slices, leave them for about two hours.
