TANDOORI CHICKEN 


INGREDIENTS:- 


  • Whole Chicken.
  • 1 kg yogurt.
  • 2 and half spoons of red chilli powder. 
  • 1 spoon of turmeric powder .
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste.
  • 2 tablespoons of coriender powder.
  • 1 tablespoons of cumin powder.
  • 2 tablespoons of white pepper powder.
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • 2 and a half spoons of salt.



STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:-


1 Place the chicken in the refrigerator twenty-four hours before baking this dish.
2 Cut the chicken into four pieces.
3 Take a slice or hole with a fork.
4 After grinding all the spices on the slices, leave them for about two hours.
5 Then place the pieces in a tray. Put the oven in the oven for half an hour. Add the butter or butter to the pieces after fifteen minutes.
